Vulcan did fix, Disconnect and lag

After trying everything today I did change from Directx 12 to Vulcan
After changing, game took few min to adjust but now run very well FPS are stable, I don't get anymore Frame rate drops and lags but most important I have not disconnect once since I swap to Vulkan.
