Controller automoves stash tabs on closing

On controller when leaving the stash menu, it automatically sorts the stash tab you are currently on to the first/second spot in the list at the top. Which means every time you enter/leave the stash menu unless you are selecting the very first tab it's gonna get mess with where everything is.

I believe this is an issue with how reopening a stash on PC controls selects the last tab you currently had open. While it's also doing that on controller it's moving the tab as well.
