I have beaten RattleCage the Earthbreaker as a map boss in the Crimsom Shores two times now and no loot from that boss. Would be fun to get som loot after grinding his massive health bar down.

Yepp, rarity has nothing to do with this. Someone forgot to click the "drop loot" box.
