[0.2] Stormweaver - spark - archmage builds

Anybody has ideas how to fix Stormweaver builds? MoM-EB-CI combination?
Life is 1, Energy shield is 1800, Mana is 2900, and its impossible to use as mana runs out immediately. Right now archmage is completely disabled, but still unusable. I've looked at it a bit, mana management seems pretty brutal, I've got very budget gear ~20ex total but I'm not using ci/mom/eb, I'm at about 1.3k hp, 3k es, 1k mana and can do t4 pretty easily and I've cleared t6.
Spark with cast on shock conduit and Archmage are on, I'm not sure if I wanna start investing more into this build or try something completely different. |

" Thanks. I improved a little to disable EB, remove Glaze amulete and put more mana regen. No I could survive T9 but thats it. I cannot dream gain any XP and level up more than 85 which was before the patch. I think thats what GGG says: GAME OVER |

you should give it a chance, I literally got out of the campaign baught gear for 1 ex a piece to get res capped and got to t6 at lv 75,I should be able to upgrade a bit and run t15s pretty easily by the weekend, my gems are still lv 10-15 lol

It's not perfect but this is at least playable. Might not be without the legacy items though. Haven't tested that yet. I'll be real though...... I'm pretty sure it's a cooked build you need to make heavy changes for it to work.

Thanks for the post! Is there any other way to rescue Stormweaver? I don't mind switching the build to cold, but right now there is no build that can deal nice damage given the 0.2.0 changes. Before I could clear T15 maps maybe only dying 5% of the time and now I can clear T8-9 maps dying 50% of the times. Any recommended builds to rescue a Standard League stormweaver?

As I can see, nobody post builds. GGG destroeyed the game that much, that they need to improve now to fix it. As you can see daily they come up with new things to attract back the people. Its not worth the time right now to play as it is no fun, you are punished with die and damage is sh..t.
We have to wait a couple of weeks, may be months to see which character is playable. |
