[0.2.0d + Standard] Jewels equipped in Slots that were removed were deleted from the character?

Just logged in to my Standard Character and saw that my Against the Darkness + quite a few rare jewels were simply gone (from the slots where jewel sockets used to be but aren't anymore). Jewel Sockets that still exist are still socketed in the right slots even though the passive points do not connect to them, however the others simply poofed out of existence :(.
