Party member cannot respawn, or return to hideout if dead during boss fight.

Situation:
- in a 2 person party
- in a Tier 11 hidden grotto
- A non-map-owner player dies during a boss fight.
- The map owner lives and kills the boss.

Issue:
- party member is dead but cannot "resurrect" or "return to hideout" after the
map boss has been killed

Current Fix
- alt-f4 and relaunch
