thunderous leap feels sluggish to use

there is like an 0.2sec gap to perform the next action, and u have to wait for ur characters to completely stand still, which feels inconsistent, and during this u cant even space bar at end or use disengage which also brings high risks for this 1-2seconds

I actually don't mind, it works very well Wave of Frost. Wave, wave, everythings frozen, jump into it, all dead. Carried me so far through the campaign until I finally get Combat Frenzy.

It's like Leap Slam: if you're jumping into a huge mob with it, you'd better be tanky. Is a great escape skill when cornered, great in 1v1 situations and can heal you after slapping on Holy Descent. If you want to detonate a bunch of things in a huge mob, explosive spear or crossbow's Explosive Shot are the safer choices.
