Mac client broken for over 1 year now

Hey everyone,
playing on mac M1 and till this day it sometimes takes 10-15 minuts of restarting the game over and over to get passed the character selection screen without crashing. Any found a solution for this yet? Alternative: GGG, just remove the mac support entirely if you don't have the resources to fix it. Anything else to this point would be false advertisement. i'm play on my M3 pro with crossover25 - LE, Poe1, Poe2 all work great.
