Currency Exchange is unavailable after campaign.

As title says. Have just reached endgame. Luckily got a divine drop from the amazonslut-boss and wanted to use it getting good gear for maps. Alas - Alva does not have the "Exchange Currency" - dialogue-option when i speak to her. Is this a bug, or have i somehow missed to unlock it or whatever from some boss from campaign?
