Trial of chaos

I'm stuck in Trial of chaos one enemy on above platform need to kill all monsters to progress, I exit to character selection changed servers to US and EU and still puts me in same place.

This question is coming up a lot on the forum. I don't know whether it is a bug or a mechanic because it related to POE2. If you look in the correct section there may be an answer, I have noticed other post about it elsewhere.
