Srap this it was lightning arrow consuming charges.

It seems to be consuming charges still even after I refunded it and went for other passives for Ascendancy.

Not sure if it is affecting dps or not while not taken as a passive skill.

Also sidenote: When you spec into it and set up support skills. Refunding the passive makes your support gems disappear. They won't be there if you spec back into it afterwards.
