Temper Weapon Deal no damage (Not meme)

Temper Weapon does no damage, i check it on map, i do 100% same damage with it and without with weak skill. My current multiplier for Temper Weapon 600%, its x2.5 times of my skill damage, and i do 5000 damage in both scenarios

I can confirm that temper weapon is bugged, also another bug I found while playing online coop with my friend is that he can't even see me hitting the anvil when I activate the skill, so there must be something bugged with it server wise, as if it doesn't register that you are using it.

Verified using careful testing and video capturing -

combust from Temper Weapon is not hitting enemies despite visual explosions rendering.

This BUG is confirmed by dozens of posts.

Temper Weapon is BUGGED and the Combust DOES NOT HIT ENEMIES, even though there is a visual explosion.
