Stuck on loading screen

Portaled from Manor Ramparts to town, used same portal to get back. Stuck on loading screen for over 10 min. Closed game, logged back in. Still stuck. Closed out, relogged, tried a different character, it was fine. Closed out, relogged on stuck character, still stuck, over 5 min and counting.
