Cataclysm's Wake: "complete a Tier 2+ Corrupted Nexus"

Explanation:

So this has happened twice now to me... So I put in the correct waystone into the corrupted nexus, cleared the map of all rares, then fought the map boss, killed him, no nexus boss spawns after, no book spawn for atlas points. This is very frustrating. Especially because how much time it takes to find these areas of corruption. Im pretty sure this a bug but it seems like I can't progress my atlas now. Please help, much appreciated.

Also just happened to me! I don't know what I am supposed to do! I've completed like 40 maps now looking for a second nexus this is nuts.

I am also stuck with nothing after my first nexus... with as rare as this crap system is supposed to be how about fix this first. At the point of don't want to play because of this garbage.
