Eternal Life well heal should work

I think it is fairly obvious that eternal life ascendancy should not keep you from being able to heal your hp at the fountain.

I run around 100hp and there is no way of getting my life full, if not for dying or respecking my ascendancy.

this is not good.
especially on hardcore or act 1 cruel, where I don't even have the hooded one and have to go back to another act to respeck..
being forced to go back to town to heal is fine with me but respecking is just wrong


This is also true for level ups and checkpoints.. these should also trigger a full hp heal.

I agree. It is meant as a passive with a twist, okay, I understand. But the well and some other triggers should bring the HP pool back to full.
You know, i thought about it since day one and i expected this to be the case because of the polish level of everything else during 0.2 launch. Ofcourse wells should work and you shouldnt unequip all es gear or refund passives.

The only thing that is correct is design idea, however everything seems to be executed in a sloppy way and very likely doesnt work in intented or thought out way. To be precise its unclear if these are intended mechanics.

It works as intended, the biggest qol they can add is to a possability to choose the % of life a lich wish to be at.
For example, to run low life i have to be lower then 35%. That means I have to run t1 map, aggro big pack of trash just to pull my 10k es off, then I have to kite to make my hp lower then 35%. And if I die at high tier, I have to do this shit again ))
Why not just find a burning ground and not risk...

I dont know man. While this might work in some way it just doesnt look finished.

to those who have low life condition build. Then dont click on the well.


Respecing or jumping in map to tank mobs just to get to full HP before going on a hard boss or map doesn't make any sense.


Being at base should at least let us be on the best condition before going to fight.
Just had the weird experience of being thankful that I died to a boss because I went through the whole zone on 72 life that I couldn't flask without risking death & couldn't well/heal via level ups.

I get that there are concerns for low-life builds, but there must be something that can be done to improve the QoL on this node a bit without requiring a respec.
