Reverberate support is broken.

Reverberate does nothing on any skill gem. 0% aftershock chance regardless of attack time.

i put one up like an hour ago too. seems to be giving me 24 or 22% based on attack time, but should be giving me 120-135 lol

for me whatever setup i do reverberate makes it do 0% aftershocks
|

can confirm it's not working with any slams
|

it seems to work, with one condition, you have to have at least some chance to aftershock before the gem or it does nothing
