Quest State bricked Act 2 Deshar constant crashes

I was picking up the letter in Deshar and wanted to progress to Path of Mourning. I crashed when clicking on Path of Mourning. I can't click Portals, Waypoints or Checkpoints. I cant pick up Items from the ground except gold. I can swirl to another player in the next zone, but the other problems still persist. Still crashes every time I try to change zones. I can drop items on the ground but not pick them up again. I can kill monsters.

What I tried: Vulkan, DX12, Stand alone and Steam Client. Going back to the caravan or the next zone. Restarted computer. Problem persists since yesterday. Fresh (first) Character in Dawn of the Hunt League.

My issue is fixed now but god knows why. Maybe validating steam game files. Maybe switching from WASK to M+K. Just logged in and everything was normal again.
