Sorcery Ward from Obsessive Rituals cannot recharge properly

Everytime your Evasion or Armour goes up or down, the recharge timer resets, which basically makes it never recharge.


This means that any skilltree node that has conditional armour or evasion (which is most of them), skills like Wind Dancer, and probably many other things, will make is so you never recharge your Sorcery Ward, since your Armour or Evasion are constantly going up and down
