STUCK - Audience with the King

Audience with the King
I went through phase 1, ran through the mechanics of fireflies, entered the portal to 2 phase.
The boss is just standing there, he's invulnerable, I can't go up to him.
I CAN'T GET OUT OF THE DUNGEON.
The portal is not working, exiting the game does not help, there is no way out, what can I do to exit?
