Did GGG remove, or nerf, the loot buff added to patch 0.1?

I feel like the enhanced loot that rares and campaign bosses got nerfed.

I've gone several acts without even seeing as much as an exalt, compared to last league it felt like exalts were dropping off most of the rares. It feels incredibly difficult to even craft basic things, similarly to how the first few days of PoE2 felt when it was first released.

Magic find got nerfed.
They stated at the top end but it looks like the low end is also heavily affected.

I got 2 alch, 6ex, maybe 10 regal and somehow 1 div. I'm near the end of act 2 cruel right now. It feels very bad. And I try to stack as much mf as i can to somehow get some more mats or gear. But due to the lack of mf drops i'm at 21% with 3 ring slots *facepalm*

I also got a whoping 3 leser jewlers until now. They droped in relativly quick sucssession in act 2-3 normal but thats everything since then.

Loot is almost non existent. I've seen maybe a dozen rare items all of which were useless for my build, no unique items, and very little currency, not enough to craft. Most people have hit a wall in the campaigns because of this and can no longer progress. The rest were just lucky with loot.

I'm in act 3 and my loot drops are way worse than they were in 0.1, almost all of my gear is from act 1 that I am using still and I full clear every zone (and still am 2 levels under each zone I go to sometimes.) I legit got better drops in ruthless in PoE1 than I have so far in PoE2 0.2

Just hit Act 3, ive seen perhaps 10 rare items total and bugger all currency. Gonna whack on a pretty strict item filter and basically just ignore ground items - sick of wasting times looking at and waste-gambling currency that consistently generates trash rolls.

Pick up currency and trade, that's what I'm being encouraged to do.

That's their vision. The bait and switch vision gacha games have. Except this time some people will feel forced to RMT for their first time and I suspect GGG is in connivence with 3rd party sellers for a cut.
