Dreadnone crashes

Dear GGG,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with the game related to the Vanguard Dreadnought location. After entering this location through a portal, something seemed to break, and now the game crashes every time I try to log in.


It appears that I am stuck in a crash loop – I cannot move my character or enter any other location, as the game crashes instantly upon loading. This makes it impossible for me to continue playing.


Could you please help me resolve this issue or move my character to a safe location?

Same thing happened to me. This version of the game seems highly unstable since I've had several crashes and also got soft locked in Trial of Chaos. If this isn't fixed I for sure will not be playing any more this season.

I am currently experiencing this issue as well. Even switching servers does not help, If i do manage to log in I try to warp back so I can reset instance but nothing seems to work.
