Why did you ruin my save file?

Why did you ruin my save file? My Lich Ascendancy save can’t even enter the game. Do you really want players to start over that badly? I spent over ten hours on this, and this is what I get? How about you just restore my account with a new Lich Ascendancy save instead?

If you don’t want players to enjoy the game, you might as well just shut down the servers. Why make our character save files unplayable instead?
