Unable to switch menu tabs in couch co-op mode

While in couch co-op mode, playing with a controller, sometimes the menus will bug out and I am unable to change tabs. The inventory opens but L1 and R1 will just close the inventory. using the selection wheel produces the same results. Can't open anything but the inventory. Restarting the game or going to character select and back to the game fixes the issue temporarily

Yes, same problem here. I noticed that every time i warp back to town that I cant switch the menus. Have to relog.

I think its a salvage bench bug, i test it both on pc (steam) and console (xbox).
After login in couch co op, both characters can access to skills, passive skills and character menu, after any character access the salvage bench, that character can't access those 3 menus until go back to characters select screen and go back to the game.
My temporary fix is do not access the salvage bench, for items to salvage i use an empty quad tab and put all of those items in, after a few game section i go salvage all of its, log out and take a break.
