Can't access trade site.

For some reason my connection seems to be blocked from the trade site. I can access all other POE sites fine but when I try to access POE trade 1 or 2 cloud flare blocks my access. When I inspect the page I get a "403 Forbidden" error which means that the server understood the request but refused to process it. Could my IP or account be banned for some reason? Please let me know if there is any info on this kind of problem.

i encountered a similar problem. I was not able to access pathofexile.com until using vpn.
Please I don't want to use it.
