Weird red line in the HP bar

Playing as ritualist with blood boil aura.

Update: looks like the bug about blood inflicted on character, sometimes calculated wrong. After death it dissapeared, but still I see red line on my HP

So red annoying line is still there, it dissapears after death but then quickly appears

also got this issue for ritualist.
looks like that's how showing blood loss "works" on some bleeding skills.

I would get that red line every time I would level up when using Herald of Blood. Weird bug
