PoE 2 is unplayable for me currently due to recurrent and persistent latency spikes. This started at least a month ago, prior to 0.2.0.

While the graph is displayed, IF the instance is stable, I sit normally between 23-25MS. However, some time between instantly (upon loading into realm) to 5-10 minutes of gameplay this issue will start. Once the spikes begin, it will rarely return below 30ms and will jump to >1,000ms sometimes climbing upwards of 10,000-80,000ms.

This also typically will occur when encountering monsters for the first time in a new area. Normal latency returns only if the monster(s) die or player dies. All inputs are still being accepted by the game and once the spike is over, the game will race through all the animations that occurred from the freeze until present.

Things I've tried:
-Re-logging/Re-instancing multiple times to get a stable connection, which inevitably will lag eventually regardless.
-Have played with graphics settings ad nauseum, including switching to Vulkan, clearing shader caches, etc.
-Verified latest AMD chipset and network drivers installed
-Reinstalled and verified latest Nvidia drivers
-Re-installed Steam
-Re-installed PoE2
-Cleared shader caches
-Cleared bloated client.txt file (>20mb)
-Verified PoE2 access through firewall
-Verified latest router firmware
-Verified latest BIOS firmware

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
GFX: PNY GeForce RTX 4060Ti
RAM: 32GB
ISP: Home Telecom, 1 Gbps fiber. Tested this morning at 947 down / 949 up.
SSD: Crucial P3 Plus M.2 4TB
Windows 11 24H2 x64 (KB5053656)
Latest Nvidia drivers
Router: TP-Link Archer AX10000. PC is hardwired, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off.
