Crackling sounds with poe 2 and poe 1.

It's driving me crazy, whenever i have path of exile (1 or 2) open, the game has HUUUUUUUGE crackling sounds, its horrible, i've formated my computer already, tried 3 headfones, tried using vulkan, directx, fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, nothing solves it, and its ONLY when path of exile is open, even discord turns into an unusable app when i have path of exile open, i'm using discord on my cellphone while playing POE, and its ONLY with POE, with no other game this happens.

As soon as i open any path of exile, every sound that comes out of my headphone or speaker comes out with huge crackling sounds.

Please help.
