Smith of Kitava - "Fire spell on hit" doesn't work

Fire spell on hit doesn't toggle on. It also makes the gem inside a different level. EG I'm level 24, I slot in a lv6 infernal cry but the description in "Fire spell on hit" says it lv18

Ah that would make sense. I also tried to use Infernal Cry, but it is indeed not a spell. Thanks! I suppose it shouldn't let you slot that skill then, but that's a different issue.
