umm what did you do to the campaign?

It sseems like acrosss the board mobs are twice as hard to kill and kill you twice as fast. This is not some meta change because guesss what, it'ss the campaign where you have crappy setups to get you through. How could anyone think a new player wouldn't ask for a refund after 5 minutes of palying this?

I dont notice a difference to 0.1. But im also using multiple skills instead of just spamming one button.

Hmm, I feel like the game isn't particularly harder than 0.1.0, if anything I'm having an easier time than I did with my first character because I know the game better. Though probably not an easier time than my second character because I was able to kit them out with gear, lol. Generally I think if you're using skills together well then the game isn't super difficult, just medium... it's not as easy as the PoE 1 campaign, but that campaign has always felt a bit too easy to me.

Actually it feels like it did when PoE 2 first came out, which makes sense, you have no uniques but most of all you cannot slap level 3 support gems into your 3 socket skill at level 1.
It also depends on what you are playing too. If it is something familiar then its probably going to be easier as you already know what works. If you are trying something new then testing the waters will make the game harder as you may be unfamiliar with the mechanics. I am struggling a little with trying to make a spear warrior early on, so far I don't really like any of the skills. As mentioned earlier, Rake + Stomping ground does work but feels kinda meh and most likley won't be ideal later on. Well still early days for me yet so we will see how things work out. |

Early game is NOT the most fun if you are not playing some builds ( frost bomb op ) . I leveled 3 chars in prev. patch and i'm struggling Because mobs are faster than me, i'm slower ( also referring to delay times and other mechanics that FORCE SLOW the gameplay and i cant kill them as fst as i want) . Power progression and drops are so off balance that i dont even wanna comment. I got 4 exalts in first 3 zones but no items to use them on ? It's like GGG don't know or care that most people level alone and and push you to the damn trade that is just a horrible experience and are refusing to adress it. I managed to get to act 2 with whatever i could find and now my huntress gets overwhelmed by bugs and hyenas and parry doesn't help that much if i don't disengage/dodge roll every 2 seconds. If i wanna kill the mobs i have to PRECISELY position them so i can use explosive spear to its fullest and if i don't i need to WASTE MORE OF MY DAMN TIME . I AM NOT A STREAMER I DONT HAVE THAT TIME TO WASTE !!! WTF DID GG WANT TO ACOMPLISH ?!?!?!?!? I'm getting the feeling that if i push through campaign i'm not gonna have the best experience with drops and currency, which will make me struggle in a way that i don't feel like i have control. Even though i have NOT played Elden Ring, i've watched vids. This is beginning to feel more like ER that an ARPG. It's like i gotta get some godlike rng and get a good drop so i can progress adequately or i can kill mobs, die and lvl up that way until i am stronK enough ?

the toxic minority of the fanbase can argue all they want but nobody is going to find this game appealling if they've got little experience with poe.
