Not able to progress Ascent to Power in normal act 2

Bug reference: 3,455,248,433

My ascent to power quest asks me to speak with Zarka, but Zarka does not have a quest icon. I don't have access to Trial of Sekhemas to start the ascension trial.

Adding a bit more details.

My instance crashed before I could pick up the quest version of the balbala coin, but it marked Balbala as killed, so I couldn't kill her for another quest version and the normal version i got later doesn't seem to progress the quest.

Having the same issue, no quest marker or dialogue. I tried putting it in my storage and going to Act 1 before coming back but it didn't fix anything, not sure what to do.

Same Issue on my end. I never even killed Balbala I can't even get to traitors passage.

go to traitor's passage and kill the boss here. it drops a balbala's barya and then you can talk to her

I did kill Balbala but my instance closed before I could pick up the quest barya.

So now I can't advance the quest line anymore.

I wish they had some way of just resetting my quest state so I can kill her again and get the quest barya.

I had the same issue. I went to the another area, dropped the coin on the ground, then started a new instance of the Traitor's Passage, killed Balbala, got a new coin, and could now progress. Hope that works for you too!
