Life Drain Support Not working with Spears/Huntress?

Have swapped it around on every early spear skill I have, the tooltip says it all should work, the "Life Recovered on Cull" stat pops up on the full DPS pane when I have it slotted...

What skill are you using it with, and does the skill explicitly have a "cull" effect?
That life drain cull support gem is very easily misunderstood, because it does NOT work when any skill kills a target, only when something triggers "cull" which is typically when a target is killed above zero life... Such by using the "Empowered Cull" or witchhunter "Culling Strike" passive, or "Culling Strike" support gem. Last edited by KuroSF#6521 on Apr 5, 2025, 12:46:48 AM
