'Fast Forward' no longer works /w Explosive Grenade (but does oil). Beefed dmg / gutted clear speed?

You guys beefed up Explosive Grenade Damage yet gutted faster clear speed capabilities. Why? Please fix/revert back so the Support 'Fast Forward' can help lessen the time it takes for Grenades to detonate.
The tooltip for 'Fast Forward' literally reads: Supports 'any' skill that has a duration, making that duration shorter. This new change (or bug?) makes notables like 'Cluster Bombs' even more less desirable to allocate. Without a Support gem to lessen detonation time, it's just pointless to do Maps with such slow clear speed. Thank you for looking into this. Just because a game receives a great amount of praise vs. only a small amount of criticism does not mean to call it a day and make a foolish misplaced assumption that it is perfect. There's a new support gem that reduces detonation time. Support 1 gem called Expedite I think. That's what you're looking for now
