Omen of Amelioration didn't work.

Yesterday I died twice on the Copper Citadel location and on a random level 15 map. In both cases, Omen of Amelioration didn't work, I lost all the experience on a level 95 character. It's a shame!
Has anyone had similar problems with the Omen of Amelioration item?

1) Right-click to activate the Omen
2) Remove all other Omens from your inventory (or at least make sure they are not activated)

Funny you mention this, happened to me this morning. I have used dozens of these in the past

did another omen already trigger in the zone prior to death?

Of course I know it needs to be activated.
And Omen of Amelioration was active in the backpack.

And how does it work? Is there only one omen per map, or can they not work simultaneously in a short period of time?

The tooltip on the omens says only 1 omen can trigger per map.

its exact what happend, there is not any problem with using multiple omens,
its a bug and should be fix,
i did test it many times, from 10 times activated omen, just 2 of 3 times it worked and consumed, the rest was still activate in inventory,
i send messsag to support, they answer just the same, talk to forum for assist u, wth is wrong with this team, i cant understand, im not idiot that send report for nothing, im developer, and i know is it a bug or its missunderstanding,

I already understood that in one location the omen can work several times without problems. But of the three types of omen that are in my inventory, only one works in a short period of time. In the description of the omen, in my opinion, it is precisely about this that is said. That only one omen can work at a time.
