nah they deleted it from existence, essentially.

the initial change of 30-50% and each ring slot being rolled separately (which already makes it not work for the 3rd ring slot from ascendancy) was brilliant. lower values and harder to get the higher values.
also much harder to hit a perfect vaal for even higher values.

but then i saw the edit and was like uhhhh.. why even have it then? so much for chase uniques lol
