infernal cry combust area component does not scale with warcry area

I am playing Infernal Cry build for area clearing and the biggest problem is that it does not get the area from warcry area, instead only gaining the conditional area from recent stun and the gem. There is no reason why a warcry would not gain area from warcry area. Its nonsensical.
