Paladin supporter pack

Ive bought the paladin supporter pack on console and still it doesnt show in my account like what the fuck have i just paid for. So dumb. Like how can you purchase something and it not show in my account straight away and its no good emailing them since they dont even bother to fucking reply. Absolute joke. Can somehow make a complex layered game but cant give me access to something ive fucking paid for instantly. Got to wait hours or will i even get it eventually. Either way its fucking dumb af. Shouldnt even be occuring. If i pay for something ingame i expect instant access unless stated otherwise

Maybe thats the problem then, i didnt play poe1. New to poe but i just dont undsrstand why they would advertise a supporter pack if i cant gain instant access. Kind of anti-climax, considering how cool it looks. Been like 2 hours now and still nothing.

Paladin Supporter packs are a PoE1 support pack, tied to the Settlers of Kalguur season. I believe the weapon effect is available in PoE2, but don't know specifics because I didn't buy it. While the goal is to have all PoE1 cosmetics that can be ported over ported, there's no specific timeline for specific items. The games aren't using the same engine, so it takes full modeling time to get them in.

Each patch will add more, and assumably the more recent stuff will port before older stuff, but the modeling teams for the games may not be the same. And they will be converting bestsellers to appease the veterans who have a lot of stuff. While your post may help them realize that they shouldn't put the PoE1 and PoE2 supporter packs on the same page, with just a article header to separate them, this isn't a support forum. The Paladin and Penance supporter packs are being added to PoE2 with the Dawn of the Hunt update. That goes live on Friday, so they should be available in PoE2 at that time.

Cheers guys, think i may receieve at the update then i just dont get why its advertised on my ps5 homescreen as if its accessible. Specially with it been a digital download. You sort of expect instanteous access to the bundle. Maybe GGG should be making more new playere aware of this. Very annoying indeed.

The Paladin and Penance supporter packs are available to equip now as MTX, as they were added in 0.1.g

I would go and ask on reddit why they are not equippable for you, I seem to remember that there was a difference between Playstation and PC with cosmetics.

Did you ever receive the item. I just bought from console and haven't received it. This is pathetic.
