Texas and DC servers down

The Texas server has been down pretty much since launch, so I have been playing on the Washington DC server. Yesterday I take about a 2 hour break to run a few errands and get back and try to log in on the Washington DC server as I am closer to the east coast and it says "Abnormal disconnect: Server down for maintenance. Try again later." Are there any plans to get either of these servers issues resolved before 0.2 release on Friday?

This is not a thing, i play on texas. the first time i try to login it says realm down for maintenance. then i hit log in again and it works. I assume there is some issue but i never get dcd.
