Unable to Progress – No Instance Options for Ardura Caravan After Defeating Rathbreaker

Description:

After defeating Rathbreaker and returning to town, I spoke with Zarka to continue through Act 2. Upon interacting with the Ardura Caravan, the Instance Manager UI appears, but no instances are listed. This prevents me from entering the caravan.

Steps to Reproduce:

Defeat Rathbreaker.

Return to town.

Speak with Zarka.

Attempt to enter the Ardura Caravan.

Expected Result:

The Instance Manager should display one or more instances to choose from so I can continue through Act 2.

Actual Result:

The Instance Manager opens with no available instances to select, making it impossible to proceed.

Additional Info:

I attempted restarting the game and reloading the area, but the issue persists.

Attached screenshot shows the empty Instance Manager screen while the quest objective ("Travel to Traitor's Passage") is active.

Assuming it will not create a new town instance, it is certainly a problem if there is none on a server. As a workaround, you may be able to log into a different server to access the town (temporarily).


We've been having some server issues of late (transitioning zones, for example).

I get that in some areas this may be problematic if you don't have another server close enough to you.
