Affix tiers in POE2
Hello GGG
Once again I request this change. The desision to flip the tiers with T1 being the weakest makes zero sence for POE2. It only makes sense for games where all tiers are a static number like LE. There T1-T5 are the normal tiers, T6-T7 are the exalted tiers. For POE2, all we need is for T1 to be the strongest and from there on you can have as many tiers as you like, per affix. Example: https://poe2db.tw/Amulets When crafting an item, you have to check in POE2DB for every item and look for every tier to find out which one is the highest. I understand why you flipped them, but in practice it makes no sense and is actually the thing that bugs the hell out of me in POE2, many other players too. Please rethink this change, I really hope you flip the affix tiers back to normal. T1 strongest, Tx - weakest depending on the affix itself and how many affixes it has. changing the tier order is just a fuck you to their player base, they want to rewire our brains that are so used to t1 being best for years in poe1

" Its a fuck you and just makes it more confusing and making you reliant on external resources for trivial things. Instead of t1 is best t2 second best and so on. Its now what was the max tier for life? T8 or was it t9 or does it go to t12? Yes it makes it easier to identify lowest roll, but you dont really care about that and do you really need a tier to tell you that +5 life is low roll tier. And on the point of being friendly to new players - it just confuses them. Because all old players continue to use T1==best convention when talking so new people walk away confused. I had to explain this to pretty much every friend that got into poe2 with no poe1 experience |
