Buying another Support Pack on Steam

I want to buy the POE2 STARTER Support Pack on Steam but I already have the SECOND pack (Lord of Ogham).

When I go to buy it, Steam tells me "You will not receive an extra copy of the key for this game."

I don't care about that. I want the 300 points that come with the pack. Will I receive them even if I've already purchased a higher-level pack?

I want to take advantage of the fact that I get more points this way than buying the same amount in-game (Support packs are cheaper in my country because our currency is weak)

Did anyone do this? thanks!

Edit1: I asked to Steam Support and And they said they didn't know and that I should ask GGG. But GGG is experiencing delays in support, so I want to ask you

Upgrades: You can upgrade from one of these Supporter Packs to another in the same series by clicking "Upgrade" on the desired pack. This will credit you with the difference between the pack you're upgrading to and the one you already own. The process will include any pure points packs purchased since Nov 20, 2024 12:00 PM (PST). The maximum amount that upgrades can contribute is 80% of the value of a pack. Note that the Early Access and Settlers packs are in different series, so you can't upgrade from one of those to the other type. Buying a second copy of a Supporter Pack would grant you the contents of the pack a second time, so you would be able to use the cosmetic items on multiple characters without having to reclaim the effects each time. You would also receive the points from both packs. If the pack contains physical items, you would have the option of receiving additional physical items or opting out, as normal.
