The thing that broke the camel's back

Followed Diablo cast from this guy for as much time.

For those of you who don't know, this guy was a staunch defender and follower of Diablo 3 for years - his Youtube channel got somewhat famous and eagerly followed by tens of thousands of people.

I personally enjoyed it for months.

When you hear the things said in this video which come from someone who was the most dedicated Diablo player and Blizzaard fanboy, you know that there is something wrong with the game.

Now, just so that this post doesn't become another D3 post, I would like to end this post with a message - GGG, please learn something from this.

Don't break my heart with this game like Blizzard did with their's long time ago.

Thank you.
With D3's endgame being pretty frustrating sometimes, it seems to me like he's burned out.
Keyblades!
I understood what's wrong with TOG just from the videos.
This coming from someone who gets overexcited from gameplay vids.
R.I.P. Blizzard.

The "For those of you who don't know" part really makes one necessary. e_o

Good to see some honest feedback coming out.

On a side note, I can't remember where I read it but you need to look at the League of Legends model for business success. Everyone has the opportunity to achieve the same level of success in the game without spending a cent. This isn't the case in most other F2P microtransaction games.

I like that GGG is committed to have P2P for cosmetic purposes only, and look at when you do play LoL how many people have opened up their wallets to buy a skin of their favourite champions.

Also maps look like a great option for the endgame in POE. I love the idea of having only a set number of portals, keep it up.

It was Force's coverage of D3 that not only led me not to buy D3, but also his playthroughs of the PoE Beta that led me to Wraeclast.

He needs to do more PoE coverage, and I told him so in the comments on the video. Mebbe he will? =^[.]^=

Oasisbhrnw - thanks for clarification, that's what I was referring to.

Sorry for confusion, don't know how I missed that, that being the core of the topic.

Oh well.

I think a lot of people feel that same way and I really like the way he presented his reasons for not playing anymore. I got to the point where grinding was getting me nothing from my loot drops leaving me to either use the RMAH to get better gear or quit playing. I chose to give up on the game.
