Sekhemas trial bug

I was on the literal last room of the Sekhemas trial and was touching the last marker for an escape trial and my guy exploded when I touched it, it even said 0 crystals left. Somthing about touching it just set me to 0 honor and health and I lost my omen of ammelioration

I am just curious if there are any known bugs that cause this? I didnt have any curses to my knowledge that would have caused anything, and I was at full ES and Honour at the time I exploded.
