Tecrod's Gaze off hand bug

Thats not true. I have 12 murderous eye jewels, and i can see chit chance cap gain right away, Only multi doesn't work.

Off hand crit multi is applied when attacking with a weapon in the off-hand or attacking with a skill that uses a shield.
