Lack of Support

I guess I'll post here 1 last time before I start posting all over social media and review sites. I've been trying to get my account unlinked from steam since Nov 30th, 2024. I did not want to purchase EA since it is linked to an email I don't have access to. I've went through the whole bull back and forth, character names, guild names, purchase history, IP address, Steam account #s.
Now they want me to make a 3rd account and start playing on it..... How the hell does that tell you anything since you can see in the logs that the same IP address plays on both the account with the dead email and my other one with an active email. So either quit holding my steam account hostage to an account that is dead and unlink it already or delete the stupid account cause I'm tired of dealing for 3+ months with something that we used to be able to do ourselves on our profile here Last bumped on Mar 4, 2025, 5:26:58 PM
