Positional Item Filter Sound is inverted

I started using an item filter I made with directional sound using filterblade and when I dropped a vaal orb on the right of my screen/character I heard the drop sound in my left ear. Not sure what's going on.

Bumping because I started playing again and this bug is still here.
I dropped a chaos orb to the left of the screen, I heard the normal drop sound to the left, but I also heard the filter sound for the chaos orb to the right! |
