Can't login anymore.

Was playing for some time, today when i tried to login it says I don't have an account for some reason. Why, what to do?

Hello, I tried to contact support, but no reply what so ever...
I tried checking both accounts and it seems both of them are unable to play the game anymore for some reason, I have played only for 11 hours so far ingame, but I never knew that the game would just disappear |
