For 3.26 delete the lowest tier of Scarabns and replace them with similar idols

Simply:
1. Remove the lowest tier of scarabs from the game 2. Add idols with exactly the same effect 3. If you have a certain Idol in your stash, inventory or map device it will no longer drop As Idol are permanent you will no longer have to pick up those worthless scarabs and are no longer needed to bulk trade them. Also, you dont have to pick up the bad scarabs. Just remove them from your loot filter. “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
