Patch screwed me

ever since the Patch i can no longer join games in Maps and now i just did 3 trades for exhalts and neuros and did not receive ANYTHING for 1 Divine and multiuple exhalts. im owed 290 Exhalts and some neuros and i dont want to reinstall game without knowing im getting credit for those trades

also 1 Greater Jewelers Orb. i didnt receive that either. i have screen shot of the supposedly "completed trades" that stiffed me
