Static UI brightness issue causing burn-in on OLEDs

Hello,

Firstly, I'm very aware that you can adjust the UI brightness in settings.

It appears that the static UI has one particular spot where it's overly bright in relation to other aspects of static UI elements.

As a result, this caused burn-in on my OLED monitor. Thankfully, it's under warranty but let this be a warning to all those playing on an OLED screen.

Further, it appears that the UI brightness does a blanket adjustment where it would be nice that it doesn't touch loot icons (e.g. filterblade) as they are not static UI elements.

At minimum, the resolution would be to fix the specular shine amount on the mana globe.
