PoE 2 0.3.0 economy update ! MNT 0.09 (Auto updated if followed)

New base tiers for expensive two sockets bases gloves and boots, for better highlight.

• 3 new base tiers with better visuals

Use Less Restricted for leveling/Early endgame (strongly recommend class leveling filters) !

Use other strictnesses only at endgame at your own risk. Early days are always unstable.
